用TOPSIS综合评价小麦种质资源对麦长管蚜的抗虫性

TOPSIS Based Comprehensive Evaluation of the Resistance in Wheat Germplasm to English Grain Aphid

  • 摘要: 以107份小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)种质资源为材料,分析了各基因型的抗麦长管蚜特征,共发现1份高抗材料和19份中抗材料。另外,对各供试材料的分蘖数、千粒重、抽穗期等10个小麦农艺性状指标进行了调查。经相关性检验发现,分蘖数和株高均与抗虫指数和抗虫级别呈极显著负相关。综合抗虫指数、抗虫级别和10个小麦农艺性状共12个特征数据进行TOPSIS分析,结果发现,来自伊朗的小麦品种PI 623081表现最好,其次是华麦8号、黔麦15和PI 634770等,新麦19的表现最差。研究结果对小麦的抗虫育种工作具有极其重要的指导意义。
    Abstract: In this study, 107 wheat cultivars/accesses were evaluated for resistance to English grain aphid.Only one genotype displayed high resistance and nineteen genotypes showed middle resistance.Ten agronomic traits including tiller number, plant height and heading date were investigated.The relationships between agronomic traits and resistance of wheat germplasm to English grain aphid were studied.The results revealed that resistance was significantly negatively correlated with tiller number and plant height.Resistance index, resistance scale and ten comprehensive agronomic traits were ranked with Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).Results illustrated that Iranian cultivar PI 623081 was in first place, followed by Huamai 8, Qianmai 15 and PI 634770 in second place.Xinmai 19 was ranked last.This study provides valuable information for wheat aphid resistance breeding programs.
