  • The geographical distribution of spermatophyte flora of Mulinzi Nature Conservation in W. Hubei is studied in this paper. The regional characteristics of E. Sichuan-W. Hubei mountainous area are also discussed. It’s now known that there are 1043 species(including subspecies and varieties, the same as below) of 488 genera among 134 families in Mulinzi Sperma. Flora. There are 6 families whose distributive boundaries lie in E. Sichuan-W. Hubei mountainous area among 10 endemic families of E. Asia in Mulinzi flora. 141 genera (about 28.9% in genera of the flora) distribute obviously in the area. In addition, the distributive boundaries of 52 genera are situated in the area, the distributions of 27 big genera (over 100 species per genus) are been decreasing abruptly. There are 131 species (about 12.6% in species of the flora) being mainly distributed over the area in the flora. The distributive boundaries of about 270 species are in the area. The separation and environment affecting plant speciation of E. Sichuan-W. Hubei mountainous area are important factors of forming the distributive characteristics.
