COMPARATIVE REVIEW ON ASCLEPIADACEAE IN FLORA REIPUBLICAE POPULARI SINICAE AND FLORA OF CHINA

Asclepiadaceae in Flora Reipublicae Popularis Sinicae,Tomus 63 by Tsiang Ying and Li Pingtao,published in 1977,presented the result of the first comprehensiveresearch on the family in China. And Asclepiadaceae in Flora of China,Volume 16 by Li Pingtao,Michael G. Gilbert and W. Douglas Stevens,published in 1995,was the furtherstudy on the same subject after nearly twenty years. Acomparative review on these twomonographs was conducted. Changes of scientific names and taxonomic positions of taxain them,as well as the supplements contained in the later,were reported.
