Study on Adsorption of Skikonin Derivatives with Macroporous Resin
The adsorption and desorption of shikonin derivatives with 4 different kind of macro- porous resin was studied.The results show that resin NKA-Ⅱ has higher adsorption capacity,and its desorption was also easier.It is found in fermentation experiment that NKA-Ⅱ could suitably be used for adsorption shikonin derivatives in mass cell cultures of A rnebia euchroma.
