  • Nine podophyllum lignans and one flavonol were isolated from the rhizomes of Dysosma tsayuensis Ying. On the basis of physical and chemical data,IR,UV,MS,1HNMR, 13C NMRspectra, they are identified as deoxypodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅰ),podophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅱ), isopicropodo- phyllone(DT-Ⅲ),dehydropodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅳ),β-peltatin(DT-Ⅴ),diphyllin(DT-Ⅵ), picropodophyllin(DT-Ⅶ),podophyllotoxone(DT-Ⅷ),4'-demethypodophyllotoxin(DT-Ⅸ), kaempferol. Podophyllotoxin yields 1.5%.
