Study on the Flora Comparison of Partial Areas in China

Percentage of generic areal-types of seed plants in 46 areas of China were analysed through sevens ways of system cluster,they are: the longest distance way,the shortest distance way,the middle distance way,the gravity center way,the disparity square sum way,the average way and the variety way. The cluster tree of generic areal-types of seed plants in 46 areas of China was given in the paper. The floristic relationship among different areas in China was also compared in the paper. The results showed that: the resemblance degree between regions depends on their latitude in the certain longitude(in the east half part of China).
