  • The sequences of cpcEand cpcF from Mastigocladus laminosus had been cloned and sequenced.Through the homology comparison of amino acid sequences of CpcE and CpcF from se-veral species of cyanobacteria,CpcE and CpcF from Mastigocladus laminosus is the specific enzyme for biosynthesis of α-CPC.
