THE ANALYSIS OF CUMIN OIL OF XINJIANG WITH SUPER CRITICAL CO₂ FLUID EXTRACTION TECHNIQUE

The chemical constituent of Xinjiang cumin oil by super critical CO₂ fluid extraction technique was analyzed.The mostly constituents of cumin oil by super critical CO₂ fluid extraction technique is consistent with that from steam distillation.Furthermore the yields and aromatic character are much better than the cumin oil by way of traditions steam distillation.
