Abstract
The mature embryo of Pseudolarix amabilis has various development paths in the course of cultivating it, for instences, adventitious bud clusters appearing in explant directly, callus differentiating to form adventitious bud and callus differentiating to form somatic embryoid.Types and proportion rates of hormone of media are the governing factors affecting differentiation or dedifferentiation.Callus and adventitious bud induced from explants respectively due to the addition of 2,4-Dand to the addition of BAinto the media. If the proportion rate of 2,4-Dand BAis proper, then somatic embryoid can be induced from callus.Addition of KT or BA with low concentration into 1/2LP' will promote caulogenesis of adventitious bud and addition of IBA with low concentration into 1/2LP' will induce to form root.It has no effects on the differentiation ability of callus that the concentration of salt in media is diluted to 50% or undiluted.
