Construction of AFLP Fingerprints and Seedling Sex Discrimination of Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle)

AFLP technique was firstly used to analyse three varieties of Siraitia grosvenori (Swingle) C.Jeffrey ex Lu et Z.Y.Zhang.In the experiment,two primer combinations were selected;one of the primer pairs was screened for generating fingerprints,and the other were screened for seedling sex discrimination combine with quantitative characters.A gist for variety was offered and a method for discriminating the seedling sex was set up.
