山西关帝山部分植物的染色体研究

STUDIES ON CHROMOSOME OF SOME PLANTS FROM GUANDI MOUNTAIN,SHANXI

  • 摘要: 报道了山西关帝山庞泉沟自然保护区7科、11属、13种植物的染色体研究结果。其中8种作了核型分析,4种的核型和2种的染色体数目为首次报道。

     

    Abstract: This paper reports the karyotype and chromosome numbers of 13 species from Pangquangou Nature Sanctuary(Guandi mountain),Shanxi Province,which belong to 7 families, 11 genera.The results are shown as follows: Silene jenisseensis,2n=24=16m+8sm; Silene firma,2n=46=42m+4sm;Cosmos bipinnatus, 2n=24=18m(4SAT)+6sm(2SAT),Allium tenuissimum,2n=16=12m+4sm(2SAT); Vicia bungei,2n=24=8m+8sm+8st;Molilotus officinalis,2n=16=16m; Picris japonica,2n=10=2m+6sm+2st;Ligusticum sinense,2n=20=2m+18st.The karyotype of the first four species are reported for the first time.Torilis scabra,2n=16;Leonurus sibiricus,2n=20;Dracocephalum moldavicm,2n=10; Iris lactea var.Chinesis,2n=40;Allium neriniflorum,2n=32,reported for the first time.
