蜡梅小孢子发生和花粉形成的研究

STUDIES ON MICROSPOROGENESIS AND FORMATION OF POLLEN IN CHIMONANTHUS PRAECOX LINK

  • 摘要: 通过对蜡梅(Chimonanthus praecox Link.)小孢子发生和花粉形成的研究,结果表明:蜡梅幼小花药中的多列孢原细胞经造孢细胞发育为小孢子母细胞。减数分裂为同时型。四分体呈四面体型排列,同时观察了小孢子在发育过程中液泡的动态变化。成熟花粉为2-细胞型。花药壁的发育为双子叶型。花药壁由5─6层细胞组成,腺质绒毡层。花粉具有异型性现象。

     

    Abstract: Microsporogenesis and formation of pollen in Chimonanthus praecox L.are studied,the results are as follows:the microspore mother cells are derived from the multiple line sporogeneous tissue.The cytokinesis of pollen mother cells conforms to simultaneous type and the arrangement of microspores in a tetrad is tetrahedral.In the early stage of the microspore,it shows the change of vacules.The mature pollen grain is 2-celled.The type of anther wall is dictyledonous.The anther wall is composed of 5-6 layer cells and the tapetum is glandular.The pollen development has its dimorphism.
