花生花器分化的解剖学观察研究

摘要: 本文对四种花生的七个品种分别进行了成熟种子中侧芽发育状况,从种子萌动到出苗和从出苗到开花整个花器官分化过程的解剖学观察,通过观察研究,得出如下结果: 1.不同类型品种,其侧芽发育的状况有显著不同。珍珠豆型、多粒型两个连续开花类型的品种,已分化出第三次侧芽时;普通型、龙生型两个交替开花类型的品种,只见有很小的第二次侧芽。2.不同类型的品种,花器宫分化发育过程的时间早晚不同。连续开花类型的品种,在出苗之前花芽已经形成,出现了花萼原基;交替开花类型的品种是在出苗当天至第二天,幼苗主茎已展开二片真叶时,在第一对侧枝的第三节,花芽才开始形成,出现花芽原基。3.所有类型品种.所经历的各个时期是一致的,均经过九个连续的形态变化时期。对不同类型品种花器官分化的各个时期,结合植株的生育状况进行了观察研究,为制定科学的栽培管理技术措施,提供了理论依据。Abstract: In this paper, the process of floral organogeny of the peanut of 7 cultivars belonging in four cultivated forms (Spanish,Valencia Virginia and Hirsutum) has been observed. The results are as follows.1.Different types have different growing states for the lateral buds.2. Different types undergo diffrent developmental times for the floral organ-formative.3. All varieties coincide in the floral organogeny process. The whole process comprises 9 successive phase.the differentiation stage of the bud,of the calyx, of the stamen and carpel, of the corolla, of the ovule and semet, of the megasporocyte and microsporocytes,the meiosis of microspores and megaspores, the formation of embryo sac and maturation of pollen and the anthesis.
