湖北八角莲属植物过氧化物酶同工酶分析

A STUDY ON THE PEROXIDASE ISOZYMES OF DYSOSMA FROM HUBEI PROVINCE

摘要: 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离湖北八角莲属(Dysosma)4种植物的过氧化物酶同工酶,并采用薄层扫描和排序分析法,对其亲缘关系进行了比较分析。结果表明,六角莲(D.pleiantha)与八角莲(D.versipellis)、小八角莲(D.difformis)、乌云伞(D.lichuanensis)的亲缘关系较远,小八角莲(D.difformis)、八角莲(D.versipellis)与乌云伞(D.lichuanensis)亲缘关系较近,同时还为乌云伞(D.lichuanensis)作为一个独立种提供了佐证。

Abstract: The peroxidase isozymes of four species of Dysosma from Hubei Province were analyzed by using polycrylamide gel lectrophoresis and TLC-scanning.The phylogenetic relationships of the four species were discussed and the result supports the view of point of regarding D.lichuanensis as a new specles.
