扬子毛茛和石龙芮的核型研究
THE KARYOTYPE ANALYSIS OF RANUNCULUS SIEBOLDII AND RANUNCULUS SCELEHATUS

摘要: 报道了浙江省常见的2种毛茛属植物──扬子毛茛Ranunculus sieboldii Miq.和石龙芮Ranunculus sceleratus L.的染色体资料。扬子毛茛体细胞染色体数目2n=32,核型组成;K(2n)=4x=32=16m+8sm+8st.石龙芮体细胞染色体数目2n=32,核型组成;K(2n)=4x=32=8m+24sm.Abstract: The karyotypes and chromosome numbers in the root-tip cells of R.siboldii and R.sceleratus were studied.The chromosome numbers in these species were found to be 2n=32.Their karyotype formulas are presented as follows; R.sieboldii L.K(2n)=4x=32=16m+8sm+8st, R.sceleratus L.,K(2n)=4x=32=8m+24sm.
