Abstract:
Seed gliadins of the fifth generation (D
5) stably herditary variant types were obtained by injection of the total DNAof
Triticum polonicum L.into the ovary of common wheat
Triticum aestivum E-en-1 and were analyzed by comparison of their one-and two-dimensional polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic patterns. The results showed that variation of transformation line was obtained by the introduction of exogenous DNA, accompanied with the appearance of some components of donor and the absence of some components of receptor on the electrophoretic patterns of seed gliadins proved each other.
