星星草耐盐碱生理机制的初步研究

PRELIMINARY STUDY ON PHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISM OF SALINE-ALKALI TOLERANCE OF PUCCINELLIA TENUIFLORA

  • 摘要: 对盐碱胁迫下星星草幼苗光合特性、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率、电解质外渗率、Na+和K+含量、可溶性盐含量、游离脯氨酸含量和可溶性糖含量的研究结果表明,在低浓度盐碱胁迫下,星星草幼苗的抗盐碱性是以其具有一定的耐盐光合蒸腾特性,和较强的渗透调节能力为基础的。
    Abstract: The sdudies of the characteristic of photosynthesis, transpiration rate, water use efficiency, electrolyte exosmosis rate, Na+ and K+ content, soluble salt content, free proline and soluble sugar content of seedlings of Puccinellia tenuiflora were concerned under salt stress.The result indicated that salt tolerance of the seedlings of P.tenuiflora based on its characteristic of photosynthesis and transpiration salt tolerance, and better ability of osmotic regulation.
