Abstract: The main processes of life cycle of the genus Thladiantha were first investigated.Several important characters of embryology were observed and described as follows: secretory tapetum, simultaneous cytokinesis, microspore tetras, tetrahedral and isobilateral, two-celledpollen grains, bitegminous,crassinucellate, polygonad type embryo sac, micropylar fertilization,embryogenesis onagrad type.
