美丽马醉木叶化学成分的研究

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF THE LEAVES OF PIERIS FORMOSA D.DON

摘要: 从美丽马醉木(Pieris formosa D.Don)叶中分离得到马醉木亭(Ⅰ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅱ)、β-香树脂醇(Ⅲ),蒲公英醇(Ⅳ)4个已知化合物。

Abstract: Four compounds were isolated from the leaves of Pieris formosa D. Don. On the basis of spectroscopic analysis (IR, UV, MS and NMR) and other methods, they were identified as asebotin (Ⅰ), β-sitosterol (Ⅱ), β-amyrin (Ⅲ), taraxasterol (Ⅳ). The MS, ¹³C-NMR, DEPT data of compound (Ⅰ) were first given. Until now no reports on the chemical constituents of this species have been found in China.
