井冈山自然保护区12种常见灌木生物量的估测模型

Models for Estimating Biomass of Twelve Shrub Species in Jinggang Mountain Nature Reserve

  • 摘要: 灌木生物量模型是估测灌木生物量的重要方法之一。以井冈山自然保护区林下12种常见灌木为研究对象,根据树高(H)和地径(D)两个形态因子作为变量,进行回归分析构建模型。通过对比判别系数R 2的大小,筛选最佳生物量估测模型。方程W=a+bx12W=a+bx+cx2W=a xb在模拟生物量时相关指数均较高,为0.904-0.991,达到极显著水平,可用于实际生物量估测,而方程W=a+bxW=a+bx1+cx2W=a+b ln X在模拟灌木生物量时结果较差。利用此类方法建立的生物量模型,精度高,简便易行,对以后估算井冈山自然保护区灌木生物量和碳储量具有十分重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: Shrub biomass is frequently estimated by modeling methods.In this paper,we es-tablished biomass models using height and basal diameter as variables for twelve common under-forest shrubs in Jinggangshan Nature Reserve.We compared the value of R 2 to choose the best model for biomass estimation.Three equations W=a+bx12,W=a+bx+cx2,and W=a xb had high related coefficient.When we simulated biomass,the values(R 2) reached a significant level and equaled 0.904-0.991.The three equations can be used to estimate actual biomass of shrubs.However,the equations W=a+bx,W=a+bx1+ cx2 and W=a+b ln X showed poor accuracy.Building models must have high precision and be easy to use as it is important to estimate biomass of shrubs as it relates to factors such as carbon storage.
