Abstract:
The fingerprint chromatogram of the compound giant knotweed rhizome was established by using HPLC,and the sample was separated on a ZORBAX C
18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)colum with the mobile phase of methanol(0-85%)and 5% acetic acid(100%-15%),and apply the gradient elution for 70 minutes.The detection wavelength was 280 nm,and the column temperature was set up at 25℃.By analyzing the fingerprint chromatogram,22 characteristic peaks were selected,and the fingerprint spectrum of 10 places of medicinal substances has high similarity.The HPLC method for fingerprint chromatogram showed high precision and excellent reproducibility,so it can be used in the quality control of the compound giant knotweed rhizome.
