Abstract:
In order to study the changes of elements for the purpose of monitoring the oceanic contamination in marine algae,we have analyzed
Enteroinorpha prolifera,
Symphyocladia latiuscula and
Sargassum pallidum for elements, which were collected from the seaside of Qingdao of Shandong Province in China separately in July 1985 and July 1999,with X-ray fluorescence of synchrotron radiation. The result expresses that there is a quite stable type of XRFspectra respectively, among different species of marine algae. In comparison with the specimens of 1985,the peak value of XRF about many elements, had risen in all ones of 1999.
S.latiuscula is the highest in the concentration of Br,
S.pallidum is second,
E.prolifera is the lowest. In comparison with 1985,Br with
S.latiuscula hardly change in 1999,and it had been already saturated for absorbing Br in 1985.
