Relationship between Camellia nitidissima Chi and C. petelotii (Merr.) Sealy based on nrDNA ITS

摘要: 通过对Camellia nitidissima Chi和Camellia petelotii(Merr.)Sealy的核糖体DNAITS区序列进行分析,结果表明两者的ITS区序列存在一定的差异,Camellia itidissima与Camellia tunghinensis,Camellia limonia和Camellia pingguoensis的亲缘关系比与Camelliapetelotli的关系更近,说明两者是相互独立的种.

Abstract: The sequences of nrDNA ITS from Camellia nitidissima Chi and Camellia petelotii(Merr.)Sealy were analyzed in this study.There are some difference between the sequences of these two species.Camellia nitidissima Chi was closer to Camellia tunghinensis,Camellia limonia and Camellia pingguoensis than to Camellia petelotii(Merr.)Sealy.It suggested Camellia nitidissima Chi and Camellia petelotii(Merr.)Sealy are distinct species.
