摘要: 相对速率检验是检验分子钟假设正确与否的一种有效工具。本文简要介绍了该方法的基本原理,提出了一个新的序列差异计算矩阵,并应用VisualBasic语言编制了一个相对速率检验程序。

Abstract: In the present paper,the basic principle of relativerate test was introduced briefly.A new method for computing N values (differences of nucleotides) between two sequences based on the IU-PAC-IUB Code was proposed,and a Visual-Basic program was developed for the relative-rate test.
