四川榛属新分布(英)

A NEW DISTRIBUTION OF CORYLUS WANGII HU (BETULACEAE) IN SICHUAN PROVINCE, CHINA

摘要: 据报道,维西榛(Corylus wangii)仅分布在云南西北部。我们鉴定了中国科学院植牧研究所标本馆(PE)的标本,发现了该种在四川东部的新分布。该种与Corylus jacquemon-tii在形态学和分子水平上存在间断性。

Abstract: Chinese records of Corylus wangii Hu (Betulaceae) have only been reported fornorthwestern Yunnan Province.Specimens collected from eastern Sichuan and deposited inPEwere recently identified as C.wangii, This represents a new distribution for the species.Although C.wangii is sometimes synonymized under Corylus jacquemontii,we found it to bemorphologically and molecularly distinct.
