喷施叶面镁肥及复配镁肥对‘富士’苹果光合特性和果实品质的影响

Effects of spraying foliar magnesium fertilizer on photosynthetic properties and fruit quality of Malus domestica Borkh. cv. ‘Fuji’

  • 摘要: 本研究以苹果品种‘富士’(Malus domestica Borkh. cv. 'Fuji')为材料,设置两组实验,第1组喷施不同次数的1% MgSO4叶面肥;第2组喷施叶面复配镁肥,分析不同处理对苹果叶片光合特性、果实外观品质、果实内在品质及糖含量相关基因等4个方面的影响。结果显示,两种处理均能提高叶片的叶绿素含量,增强光合特性,改善果实着色,降低可滴定酸的含量,提高可溶性固形物的含量,提高果实固酸比,且上调果实中MdTST1、MdSUT2、MdERDL6-1等与糖含量相关基因的相对表达量,两组实验中各有1个处理作用最显著。研究结果表明,喷施叶面镁肥及复配镁肥能提高苹果叶片的叶绿素含量和光合特性,促进树体营养物质的积累,改善果实口感,提高果实品质。

     

    Abstract: This study investigated the physiological and molecular responses of Malus domestica Borkh. cv.‘Fuji’ to foliar magnesium supplementation using two treatment strategies: application of 1% MgSO4 at varying spray frequencies and application of a foliar-formulated compound magnesium fertilizer. Four principal indices were evaluated: photosynthetic characteristics of leaves, external fruit quality, internal fruit composition, and expression of sugar metabolism-related genes. Results showed that both treatments significantly increased leaf chlorophyll content, enhanced photosynthetic parameters, improved fruit coloring, reduced titratable acid content, increased soluble solids content, and improved the fruit-to-acid ratio. Additionally, the relative expression levels of genes related to sugar content, such as MdTST1, MdSUT2, and MdERDL6-1, were elevated in both groups, with one treatment in each group yielding the most pronounced effect. These findings demonstrate foliar magnesium interventions not only stimulate photosynthetic activity and nutrient assimilation but also accelerate sugar accumulation and quality formation in apple fruit, thereby offering a viable agronomic approach for optimizing yield and market value in ‘Fuji’ apple cultivation.
