Taxonomic and Geographic Study of Genus Horikawaea Nog.and H. nitida Nog.as a New Record from Guizhou

  • Horikawaea is a typical genus endemic to southeastern Asia.There are three species reported.Furthermore,the three species are also recorded from China.The most northern boundary of Horikawaea is Motuo County in Tibet,China,while the most southern boundary is the Philippines.The occurrence of Horikawaea nitida from Mayanghe Presbytis fancoisi Nature Reserve is firstly reported to Guizhou Pro-(vince).According to the specimens in this genus collected from Guizhou Province,the author discussed the distribution and affiliation of species in the genus.
