蒲圻贝母组织培养鳞茎形成过程中生理生化变化研究

PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF CULTURED FRITILLARIA PUQIENSIS DURING BULB ORGANOGENESIS

  • 摘要: 对蒲圻贝母鳞茎的组织培养进行了研究,筛选出了较佳的激素配比,并对鳞茎生长过程中的可溶性糖、淀粉含量、淀粉酶活性、PAL酶活性以及生物碱含量变化之间的关系进行了探讨。

     

    Abstract: Plant tissue culture methods of Fritillaria puqiensis were established.Various combinations of phytohormones were tested in the cultured F.puqiensis,and the best culture condition was revealed.In addition,soluble sugar,starch,amylase activity,phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL) activity and alkaloid content during bulb organogenesis of F.puqiensis were also determined.
