鄂产竹节参总皂苷成分抗氧化活性研究

Study on Antioxidant Activity of Total Saponins in Panax japonicus

  • 摘要: 将竹节参(Panax japonicus)根茎及地上部分的醇提取物经萃取、浓缩分别得到总皂苷成分,取制成不同浓度的样品,给雄性昆明种小鼠分别灌胃给药进行抗氧化实验。结果表明,竹节参根茎中总皂苷低,中剂量组和地上部分中、高剂量组均可显著提高运动后小鼠肝脏、脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量。表明竹节参根茎及地上部分中的总皂苷成分均具有一定的抗氧化活性。

     

    Abstract: Total saponins were isolated from ethanol extract of roots and ground parts of Panax japonicus by means of extraction and concentration.Different concentrations were prepared to study their antioxidant activity through gavage on male Kunming mice.The results showed that the low dosage and middle dosage of total saponins from roots of Panax japonicus and the middle and high dosage of total saponins from ground parts can significantly improve the activity of SOD and GSH,but reduce activity of MDA.Therefore,the results proved that the total saponins from roots and ground parts of Panax japonicus all have antioxidant activity.
