A STUDY ON THE DYNAMIC CHANGES OF ISOZYMES IN PEROXIDASE ENZYMES BLYXA LEAF IN CHINA

  • 摘要: 本文对我国水筛属植物4种9个居群的叶片作了过氧化物酶同工酶分析。指出有尾水筛和无尾水筛的一些居群具有共有酶谱带,二者联系密切,它们和水筛,光滑水筛的差异比较显著。认为酶谱特点与水筛属植物的形态特征存在联系,酶谱带数有一定的分类价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper has stated the accoplisment of the studies on the dynamic changes of isozymes in peroxidase enzymes with the aid of polyaerylamide gel electrophoresis to leaf of 4 species on 10 populations of Blyxa in China. It has been pointed out that some populations of Blyxa echinosperma (C. B. Clarke) Hook. f. and B. aubergii Rich. had identical isozymogram band and close relations. The differences among them and B. japonica (Miq.) Maxim., B. leiosperma Koid. were distinctness. It has been pointed out that the characters of dynamic changes of isozymes correlated with the form characters of Blyxa. Number of isozymogram band possessed classificatory value.
