湖北海棠实生树童区与成年区基因组DNA的RAPD研究

RAPD ANALYSIS ON GENOMIC DNA OF ADULT ZONE AND JUVENILE ZONE OF MALUS HUPENHENSIS SEEDLING

  • 摘要: 本试验以具无融合生殖特性的14年生湖北海棠实生树为试材, 对其童区和成年区的叶片基因组DNA进行RAPD分析。结果显示:从150个引物中由P701从童区叶片基因组DNA中扩增出1个约2.1kb的片段, 成年区基因组DNA中未能扩增出该片段。文中对阶段转变的机理及基因组DNA多态性的原因作了讨论。

     

    Abstract: Fourteen year old (mature phase) apomictic seedlings of crabapple (Malus hupenhensis) were selected as trial materials.The results of RAPDanalysis showed that there was a DNAfragment of about 21 kb amplified by primer 701 from genomic DNAof leaves in juvenile zone.It can't be found in the amplified products of genomic DNAof leaves in adult zone of seedling.The underlying mechansims of phase change and the reasonable explanations of genomic DNApolymorphism were discussed.
