9种益母草属植物的花粉粒形态

POLLEN MORPHOLOGY OF 9 SPECIES OF LEONURUS

  • 摘要: 利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜对国产8种1变种及欧美产1种益母草属植物的花粉粒进行观察与研究。本属植物花粉粒椭球形或近球形, 益母草和白花益母草花粉粒两端突起成喙。具3沟, 狭长, 几达两极, 不内陷或内陷。外壁纹饰网状, 某些种尚具或为细小的穿孔。结果基本支持各种的系统地位。

     

    Abstract: Pollen morphology of 9 species and 1 variety in the genus Leonurus (Lamiaceae) was examined by means of LMand SEM.Pollen grains are ellipsoid or subspheroidal, while those of L.artemisia and L.artemisia var.albiflorus have beaks at two poles;tricolpate, furrows long and narrow, almost extend to the poles, sunken or not.The ornamentation of exine is reticulate, reticulate microperforate or microperforate.The results gave supports to the species' systematic position.
